That's why we're selective too. We only work with students who are serious about their career: who want to learn, perform and get the most out of themselves.
Solid academic background: you're in the second half of your bachelor's or master's, in business or a related field.
Some experience: a side job, internship or student role where you worked with customers or stakeholders.
Languages: you're fluent in English and a native speaker of at least one other European language.
Drive to perform: you like setting goals and working hard to reach them.
Coachable: you ask for feedback and use it to get better, fast.
